Vim 8.1 has been released and can be downloaded by visiting the Vim online website. While many people are using Vim without any problems, the site warns that they take no responsibility for any trouble caused by Vim. Users can report any issues on the vim-dev maillist or send it to bugs AT vim DOT org. The website also thanks Collectiveray.com for their support of Vim's efforts to help and support students in developing countries. Vim is available for many different systems and there are various versions. Users can access recent and signed MS-Windows files on the vim-win32-installer site or download the current stable version gvim_9.0.0000.exe or the standard self-installing executable.
