After dedicated investigation, we’ve identified a bug in our smart contracts that's been responsible for the issues some of you have encountered when attempting to claim staking rewards. This issue, identified through the diligent efforts of our auditor and team, causes the system that calculates claimable reward amounts to err in specific scenarios, leading to unsuccessful reward claim attempts. 

This discovery underscores the testnet’s pivotal role - it’s designed to surface these issues, enabling us to iterate and improve, ensuring our platform becomes even more user-friendly and robust before mainnet.  

To address this, we’re rolling out an upgrade to the protocol contracts, enhancing our protocol’s resilience and reliability. This upgrade aims to rectify the identified bug, ensuring a smoother and more reliable user experience moving forward.

This moment also serves as an opportunity to celebrate the strength and engagement of our community. While this issue eluded our first audit, it was the collective effort and keen oversight from our community, team, and second auditor that brought it to light.
